Any citizen who wishes to obtain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 may submit an application on plain paper to the designated Public Information Officer (PIO) of K.M. University, Mathura. The application should clearly mention the details of the information sought along with the applicant’s name, address, contact number, and other relevant communication details.

A prescribed application fee of ₹10 per request is required towards the processing of the information request. The fee may be deposited in cash against a proper receipt at the University’s designated finance office or submitted through a Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft drawn in favour of K.M. University, Mathura.

Applicants belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are exempted from the payment of the prescribed fee, subject to submission of valid proof.
