Student Grievance Redressal Committe
As per the UGC guidelines (Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-11042023-245095 dated 11 April 2023), the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been constituted at K. M. University, Mathura. The committee is responsible for addressing and resolving complaints lodged by students in a fair and timely manner. Students may approach the SGRC with grievances related to academic or administrative matters through the prescribed online grievance submission system. The SGRC of K. M. University, Mathura shall consider and respond to grievances raised by students who are currently enrolled, previously enrolled, or are applicants to any academic programme offered by the University.
